Tip #14 Practice Gratitude Now

I think sometimes we get so wrapped up in all the busyness of life.  All things that need to get done.  All the things that haven't happened that must happen.  All the things we need to be happy, need to function, need to move forward....but we forget to just look around be be grateful for what we already have.  We forget to be still and just be grateful.

Practice gratitude today!  It is the best.  It just makes you realize all the things you think you need...you just don't.
